REFUND / EXCHANGE.

If there are any unfortunate issues, we have a 5-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request refund or exchange. After our 5 day period, we can no longer accept the items back. THIS DOES NOT apply to items that are on sale or discounted, all sales are final. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, unscented, and in its original packaging. 

There is no restocking fee but the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees that may be associated with a return or exchange. (Log in with your email & one time passcode given, to access the self service portal to get started).
